COCI Group began its operations in 1968 and through out its course has helped and delivered more than 35,000 homes in the northwest of Mexico. At present time, it operates in 4 cities (Los Mochis, Culiacan, Mazatlan and Cabos San Lucas).
COCI Group in its process of growth and evolution, becomes from a construction and mercantile enterprise of housing in the economic sector to a developer and mercantile enterprise of housing in all the segments of the housing market (economic, traditional, middle class and residential), giving this strategies a more complete gamma of products, that allows us to increase our middle class investment.
COCI revenues in the residential segments (2005), comes with a great success (in the stores of Los Mochis and Mazatlan), gaining to place in less than one year two developments and began three more for the high demand in that exclusive sector.
